A Bath SOAK experience to create a sanctuary to escape and unwind The healing benefits of the magnesium & mineral rich salts intended to sooth away tension while the botanicals connect you with the beauty of nature
Dead sea minerals and epsom salts are believed to be an excellent way to relieve stress , alleviate muscular aches and pains, facilitate the removal of acids through the skin and for clearing the energy field.

*TIP* The Bath Soak can also be substituded for a deeply relaxing foot soak

  1. Set up the bathing space by diming the lights and / or lighting a candle
  2. Run a warm temperate bath
  3. Pour a generous amount of bath soak into the bath water and allow to dissolve
  4. Download your SLEEP meditation, take in a deep slow breath and press play for your meditation
  5. Set the volume and place your device on a dry surface away from the bath.
  6. Check bath temperature with your forearm or elbow to ensure its not to hot, adjust accordingly
  7. Check depth is safe to sit comfortably with ones head and mouth above the water
  8. Roll up a towel to rest behind your neck or use a bath pillow
  9. Carefully step into your bath
  10. Give yourself a moment to restore balance and unwind in the blissful waters as you listen to your 15min Guided meditation

Additional WARNING and GUIDELINES for Pregnancy, Children and Babies

It is ALWAYS recommended to consult your Healthcare professional before using essential oils and bathing in Epsom salts when pregnant, if sensitive to ingredients or if bathing children and babies

Epsom Salts baths are believed to be a wonderful relaxant however if swallowed in bath water can lead to increased bowel movements. Therefore always monitor children and babies to avoid swallowing the water. Always support your baby & children, keep their head and mouth comfortably above the water and never leave unattended.

If pregnant taking a relaxing bath can be the most wonderful and supportive experience. WARNING Always check the bath temperature with a thermometer to ensure safety for the developing baby. A recommended safe temperature is to keep the bath water just warm, not hot. No hotter than body temperature which is 37 degrees Celsius which is just perfect and feels great.
