Returns Policy
In the unfortunate situation of a product arriving to you in a damaged condition while being shipped to you by us , Reset Moments will provide a replacement when required documentation is received by Reset Moments Australia within 30 days of receiving your damaged goods. In all damaged goods cases please go to contact us via resetmoments.com and provide ; proof of the original purchase, a photograph of the damaged packaging, goods and a written description. Once agreed and the damaged goods have been sighted as required by the Reset Moment Insurance policy a replacement will be dispatched ( subject to availability) If no replacement is available a re-imbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. In all cases, please email info@resetmoments.com in advance of your intentions to return a product, so that the Reset Moments team can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Reset Moments. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and documentation of a damaged product and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment if a refund is necessary.
