Shipping Policy ( Australia Only)
We endevour to have the goods purchased and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders are sent via Sendle and will generally be received within 5 business days. If at anytime the product has not arrived within the anticipated 5 business days then please contact us immediately.
All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST).
Online Returns Policy
Please contact us at info@resetmoments.com before your purchase return. We accept returns within 14 days of your original purchase.
Please include the following information in your email request:
- Your invoice number or a copy of the invoice.
- Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (shipping charges are not refunded).
- Please remember to include a daytime phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are packaged in a well padded envelop or box to prevent damage in transit. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and processed.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Please allow up to 30 days to process the credit to your account and for your financial institution to reflect the transaction. We will notify you via e-mail once the refund has been completed.
Please note goods purchased as sales items may be exchanged or refunded with a store credit only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase.
